Due to our continued success and rapid growth we currently havean opening for a Technical Marketing Representative in our North America Strategic Accounts Group (N.A.S.A). The positions will be located in Dallas, TX.


Responsibilities:



  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to HSE requirements.

  • Responsible for working with Accounts in several different Districts and areas.

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships-calling on accounts.

  • Willbe responsible for calling on accounts with Drilling activity outside the District.

  • Profitably selling drill bits to assigned customer base, both at the office and rig levels..

  • Pursue new business

  • Recognizing cross divisional selling opportunities.

  • Develop and implement account strategies.

  • Create & present performance summaries to provide product value.

  • Pricing proposals, market share contracts, pricing contracts

  • Business performance reviews

  • Assist in Bit Record Collection

  • Inventory Management

  • Support and mentor TFR's.

  • Assist with timely invoicing

  • Staying aware of new technologies and product development

  • Partnering with engineers to educate the customers and TFR



Skill Requirements:




  • Proven sales ability and/or application knowledge


  • Excellent communication skills


  • Knowledge and ability to work in all HCCMarketing softwareprograms

Education/Experience:



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.5+ years industry related experience in fieldand officesales.
