Provides overall project management for a site operation. Acts as a high level client interface and includes profit and loss (P&L) accountability, resource allocation, problem resolution and budgetary efforts. Provides direction and oversight of our operation including management responsibility for project team, communication with client management, revenue collection and transaction reconciliation on a daily basis. Oversees subcontractor operation and ensures all processes are efficient and effective in producing optimum output and meeting contractual compliance and client expectations. Coordinates IT system enhancements, reporting requirements and development work with Data Center staff. Work involves considerable coordination and interface with client and ACS operations staff.
Representative Principal Duties and Responsibilities
·Provides direction and oversight of the contract including management responsibility for customer service, revenue collection and transaction reconciliation
·Manages profit/loss and all operating expenses associated with the contract and approves all financial expenditures for the contracts
·Ensures that the operations of all contracts are accurate, compliant, timely, efficient and cost-effective
·Ensures the daily activities of the customer service and collection operations are compliant with quality standards and contractual requirements
·Manages contracts for annual profitability and continuous growth
·Reviews contract performance reporting with Regional Management
·Attends client meetings to determine the resources available to address issues
·Analyzes and provides feedback on quantity and quality of work produced by subcontract staff
·Builds effective working relationships with clients with the objective to exceed client expectations
·Understands and communicates complex business and information technology management processes both within and outside the organization
·Coordinates the operational, contractual and public relations aspects for all project activities, including implementations
·Ensures that all operational staff are in compliance with department standards, requirements and performance metrics
·Assists on all marketing initiatives including ownership of new business proposals
·Assists in all Human Resources issues
·Coordinates with outside groups including IT Services and headquarters to ensure all issues are addressed.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Typical Years of Experience
·5+ years progressively responsible related experience in administration, project management and/or accounting of technical/professional services
·Minimum of 2 years experience in successful task lead or supervisory role
·Detail orientation and good organizational skills
