In – House Direct Hire Specialist

N. Dallas based life and health insurance agency is seeking an experienced, high-energy individual to identify, screen, negotiate with, and hire qualified sales and sales manager professionals and trainees across the United States.  This is an excellent opportunity for a career-oriented individual, with strong communication and people skills, as an in-house Recruiter for our Dallas office.

Responsibilities

• Search/Recruit and placement of Sales Professionals and Sales Managers across the United States
• Effectively utilize search engines, job boards, networking, referrals, ad response, and user groups to identify top manager and agent candidates
• Screening, interviewing and negotiating with qualified candidates

Requirements

• Recruiting Experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and follow up skills
• Four year degree a plus
• Knowledge of insurance industry a plus, but not mandatory

The chosen candidate will receive a competitive base salary, commission and benefit package along with a company contributed 401K.
