NT&C CPM Job Description (PM2)

Primary Purpose of Position

•       Responsible to lead a team for the design, implementation, integrations, optimization, operation, and support activities for Wireless core network project activities.

•       Work cooperatively with all Ericsson project stakeholders, KAM managers, Services & Solutions Sales and Operations organizations, PDU and BU organizations across Ericsson globally, all 3PP solution partners, in order to deliver timely / quality NT&C services & solutions to our MU customers

Outcomes
•       Ensure the effective management of NT&C projects in accordance with designated time, cost, scope and quality objectives and the achievement of optimal project solutions, by:

o       Planning, estimating, coordinating and controlling project solution delivery/implementation
o       Scheduling and management of progress and resources, and delegation of tasks
o       Establishing appropriate project quality standards in consultation with customers, and implementing appropriate quality management practices/processes/systems to ensure customer satisfaction

o       Establishing effective, open communication channels between project participants and all key stakeholders
o       Having a very good technical background & solid understanding of Microwave and Fiber networks.
o       Close monitoring and proactive management of NT&C project budgets
o       Facilitating the production of project documentation and reporting for Project Steering Committees/Boards and project team members

o       Establishing clear project baselines, clearly defined Scope Of Work & Statement Of Compliance
o       Establishing strict Change Control mechanisms and management of all project changes
