A new year means new resolutions, many of which will revolve around improving health and fitness. My Name is Paul and I am an experienced personal trainer. I have been in business for 3 years and have trained a wide variety of clients, men and women from 16 year olds to a 57 year old . I myself am a former division 1 football plater and I have trained people like Kenny Anunike, the defensive end for the Duke Blue Devils, Jon Diebler, the shooting guard for the ohio State Buckeyes, and Evan Turner a current member of the Philadelphia 76ers. Like I said I am new to Dallas and am expanding my clientele .

My philosophy in training is simple: a healthier lifestyle requires a change in diet, behavior modification and resistance training. Everyones need are different and I'm trained to be able to work with you to find your custom game-plan. I have worked for LA Fitness and Lifetime Fitness but got tired of the politics of corporate gyms. I am now a full time high school teacher and train part-time because I still love helping people reach their physical goals.

Working at my previous gyms, people paid 70-100$ per session with me because my employers were able to market me because of my former clients. But because I don't need to pay shareholders or maintenance bills for my equipment, I am able to have a low rate of 25$ per session. Unlike other trainers and gyms, I will not charge by the package, forcing you to buy up to 10 sessions at once, I simply charge by the session and collect payment at each session. For convenience I only request a phone call 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions will take place at my nice apartment community gym, I also make house calls if you have sufficient equipment.
