Position: Legal Corporate Secretary

Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their growing firm on a direct hire basis. Excellent working environment and the opportunity to gain experience in a top ranked law firm.



Duties:

Assist and support multiple corporate attorneys with client billing, document development and editing, travel arrangements, calendar management, and other duties as assigned



Requirements:

5 years experience working as a legal secretary in a corporate law firm Proficient using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook Deadline driven attitude with excellent time management skills Proven track record of the ability to take initiative and handle a variety of duties Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Ability to deal with multiple personalities and maintain a positive and professional attitude
