Leasing Analyst – Dallas

Leasing Analyst
May perform one or more of the following duties:
-Obtain buyout/renewal quotesfrom lessors.
-Advisebusiness units on end of lease decisions through cost benefit analysis.
-Preparefinancial analysis of lease vs. buy options.
-Run classification tests to determine operating or capital leases.
-Negotiate lease renewal buyouts, renewal rates and buyout quotes from lessors, and written notice waivers and termination effective dates.
-Process Lease renewals, purchases, and returns.
-Provide information and reports requested by business units for end of lease issues including lease information by cost center, payment information, and equipment information.
-Review and negotiate the terms and conditions of lease and sale agreements acceptable to ACS.
-Prepare monthly report to track lease expirations and negotiated price reductions and savings, and prepare monthly maturities report to track all leases expiring within 6 months period.
-Ad hoc reporting and projects as required.
