The Investors and, or Business Partners Prime, would be returned within a 8 Month period, (if no returns, the spec house would be sold  to recoup Prime plus interest ) with a 60/40 Profit Split of all Material Sales for a 4 yr. period. Funding amount is $50,000.00 and unlike other investments, is secure with the property as collateral.
