Assignment Capsule
This exciting Local Class Health Educator position with the Humana Active Outlook (Humana's Medicare member health and wellness program) team will be responsible for:

• Developing a thorough understanding of Humana Active Outlook and the class content
  
• Participating in ongoing content update training sessions
  
• Traveling to multiple markets to facilitate Local Classes and Local Events
  
• Delivering the Humana Active Outlook Local Class content to Humana Medicare members in up to 75 markets
  
• Quickly developing and maintaining member rapport during classes and events
  
• Communicating member feedback to Regional Coordinators and Local Programs Manager via reporting
  
• Problem-solving and developing effective solutions within a fast-paced environment
  
• Maintaining relationships with in-market Humana associates in Provider Relations, Government Relations, and MarketPOINT Sales associates related to Humana Active Outlook Community Outreach

  Role Essentials
  The successful candidate should possess a BA in Education, Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, or related field with >5 years experience in effective delivery of Healthcare Education and/or Wellness programs, free to travel on a regular basis.
