Functional Description
The position will generally be responsible for the following items:

• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual new business reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
  
• Create revenue forecasts through coordination with sales team.
  
• Oversees SOX compliance for new business contracts.
  
• Works with all levels of management to communicate process changes as needed.
  
• Ad hoc special projects.
  Responsible for a variety of functions such as budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Develops and implements fiscal and operating policies and procedures. Provides advisory capability and interpretation on all levels of financial activity. An intermediate-level professional requiring comprehensive knowledge of financial concepts, practices, and procedures. Applies concepts in performing advanced financial functions to solve problems of a non-routine nature. Typically works under direct supervision.
  
  
  Prepares financial and business related analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investments.
  Analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, financial trends and operating forecasts.
  Performs financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual vs. forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts.
  
  Education and Typical Years of Experience:
  BS/BA degree or equivalent in accounting, business, finance or related field.
  2-5 years related experience
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel
