Position Description:
The OEM Account Executives (OEMAE) foster and maintain long-term business relationships with the car companies and all of their respective captives. The captives are the financial arms of the car companies, i.e. Chrysler Financial, etc. Both the IDS and System side of our clients portfolio is offered and managed through the OEMAE. The IDS and System Executives work jointly to ensure all of the needs of the customer are met. Those needs include, but are not limited to, business solutions, pricing agreements, and ensuring the verbiage on LAW (Brand) Contracts and Agreements comply with the corresponding state legislature. High end sales experience, coupled with product knowledge experience makes for an optimal candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sell products and service solutions developed and/or supported by our client
Build relationships with key decision-makers within selected OEM companies to facilitate direct and indirect sales
Develop, execute and maintain OEM account management planning processes and business review processes with each assigned OEM account on a regular basis
Provide input into the companies strategic direction to meet the needs of assigned OEM companies
Achieve revenue and sales goals by working with the internal organ, the field and management
Ensure OEM needs are met from sales proposal stage through implementation and execution

Training: Training will include various aspects such as sales, negotiation, and product/solution training as well as on the job training and mentoring.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Business degree preferred)
5 to 10 years sales experience
OEM (Car Company) sales experience preferred
Strong track record of success in sales and large account management
Ability to develop new business
Commercial print sales/account management experience would be beneficial
Must have a mastery level of sales processes and influence
Needs to be highly motivated and a self-starter
Technological understanding and ability to see solutions are critical
Achieve revenue and sales goals by working with the internal organization, the field and management
Ensure OEM needs are met from sales proposal stage through implementation and execution
