Director of Business Development – Dallas

This position reports to the Vice-President of Sales. Responsibilities will be to develop new business in an existing territory as well as maintain our business and relationship with SAP America. Experience in project based consulting sales is a must. This position will require travel as 3 or more days a week will be customer facing activities.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Work towards achieving a quota($8-12M), under the direction of a Vice President
* Identify, qualify and close net new opportunities with direct end clients
* Develop and nurture new client relationships
* Gather requirements for new and existing opportunities
* Lead Sales Cycles coordinating all internal resources (Delivery, Legal, Management) for successful deal execution

Key skills:
* Previous Experiencein selling SAP project services (Big 4 Experience a plus)
* Previous network or relationships to enable candidate to hit the ground running
* Self starter with ability to be a team player (one of the key elements to being successful in this role is the ability to interact well with the Delivery, Recruitment Team, Clients, Peers and Management)
* Attention to detail (very critical component)
* High sense of urgency (a must in this business)
* Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
*Ability to work long hours and multi task; ''Can do'' attitude
* Results oriented
* Open to travel

Minimum Experience: 5-7 years

Education: This person has to have an undergraduate education. MBA is a plus
