Position: Customer Service Representative

Large Corporation in Dallas is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in the call center. Customer Service Rep will be handling incoming and making outgoing calls in regards to service, billing and payments.

Duties
• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Processing invoices and services
• Posting payments
• Data Entry
Requirements
• One to three years experience in Customer Service
• Computer literate is a must
• Experience with AS400 is a huge plus
• Working knowledge with MS Word and Excel
Hours are 8:00-5:00. Salary is DOE. This is a great Customer Service Representative position and won't last long. Apply immediately!
