We are seeking candidates that have 1-5 years of highly successful prospecting sales experience with a focus on business to business type services. Candidate must be an accomplished “hunter” capable of finding their own leads. Knowledge of the Web hosting industry or similar related industry (i.e. ISP) is preferred.
The candidate should have a high energy, dynamic personality with a sense of urgency, and know how to cultivate and close deals. They must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic. This position requires excellent prospecting, effective communications, presentation and closing skills with demonstrated experience calling on senior and mid-level managers in large, national corporations.
College degree is preferred but not necessary. Technical background a plus.Specific Responsibilities:
Limited car travel car within the DFW area. Candidates must be able to:
- Self generate new opportunities from prospects
- Develop and implement plans and strategies for quickly developing sales strategies
- Develop and use effective prospecting approach
- Understand the technical aspects related to managed web hosting
- Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects
The compensation package is competitive and is based on a reward for performance structure. There are accelerators and incentives for high achievement.
Base salary unlimited commission potential.
