Claims Operations Sr Manager (16948) – Dallas

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for Claims Operations Audit Senior Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Job Responsibilities:
This Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the operations audit function in our Business Process Outsourcing Group. The areas of audit responsibility include, claims, customer service, enrollment, data entry and all audit reporting and root cause analysis leading to CQI. He/she will lead the client specific audit units, all client reporting and utilization and maintenance of the proprietary audit tool.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years experience in an operations manager position with claims operations audit background
• Excel- Advanced knowledge and experience (3 years)
  
• Experience in a client facing position(2-5 years).
  
  Desired Skills:
  
• MS Office 3-5 years
  
• Supervisory experience managing staff of 10 or more 3-5 years
  
  Minimum Educational Requirements:
  
• B.S. degree in a related field
