Description
Our Dallas office is in search of a Civil Engineer-Project Manager to join our growing office. The Civil Engineer-Project Manager will be responsible for civil site design projects including utility distribution systems, misc. roadway design, erosion control plans, storm water designs, and site grading. Provide civil expertise in areas including detailed system calculations, drawing production, master specification, editing, and construction cost estimating. May make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures. May function as technical specialist or project manager on mid-size projects but project management is not sole focus of position. May supervise staff of professionals and technicians, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Have civil engineering experience in (or willing to expand knowledge in) site layout designs, State/Federal/Local government design, general facility design.
Requirements BSCE, PE. Over eight years experience in general civil engineering with an emphasis on site design. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Aptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications in Civil Engineering, such as AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, etc. Diverse experience in related fields of drainage and/or utility design is a plus.
