Civil E.I.T.-Land Development – Dallas

Immediate opening for a civil E.I.T. to join an established design team responsible for the production and management of a variety of public/private sector projects, including public works infrastructure and transportation improvements, private land development and various types of site development projects. This civil e.i.t. position provides an excellent
opportunity for gaining valuable experience in the design of paving, drainage, water, sanitary sewer and transportation improvements, as well as the development of project management skills.

Position Requirements:
At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational, professional and personal requirements:

Education/Registration
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Professional
Responsive and results oriented in service to clients.
One (3) to three (6) years of experience in civil engineering design.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2005 or 2007 LDT, Microsoft Word and Excel; Civil 3D experience a plus

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Responsibilities include:
The design and production of public works and private development improvement projects (i.e., street,drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and highway projects)
Organizing and scheduling work to accomplish goals on projects within established budgets and timelines.
Coordination with other disciplines.
Assisting in construction administration.
