General Description:

Facilitates business and user needs analysis with project teams and participates in various stages of requirements and data analysis for project needs. The Business Analyst works in close collaboration with the Project Managers, business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze and document the functional requirements for complex projects. Must be able to effectively facilitate and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and produce project documentation. Documentation may be comprised of Use Cases, Requirement documents, Process Flow diagrams, Business Rules and User Interface specifications.
