We currently provide services in over 30 states and work with multiple specialties, including urologists, general surgeons, gastroenterologists, and gynecologists and continue to successfully expand each year. Job Summary:The Biomedical Technician will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient servicing of Lithotripsy and Laser equipment. Candidate will be performing routine/preventative maintenance on medical devices and equipment as well as trouble-shooting any needs in their territory. Travel outside of TX is required and paid for by the company. Job Requirements:-Bachelors degree in BioMed Engineering or related degree and experience-Ability to perform skilled work with minimal or no supervision-Any experience with X-ray, Lithotripsy, or Laser equipment is a PLUS-Any experience in an O.R./Surgical setting is a PLUS-Effective communication and problem solving skills -Overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and efficient servicing of a variety of Lithotripsy and Laser equipment-Willingness to travel outside of TXRequirements:see description
