Description
Looking for an architecture industry veteran who can function independently on a variety of projects at a time, who takes pleasure in being detail oriented, and who thrives on working with a large team of specialists. Successful candidate will have the ability to work proactively with all design staff to coordinate specs for all projects with a third party specifications writer. 10 years Architecture profession experience with 5 years in specification writing. Experience with construction phase of built projects. Must have working knowledge of CSI practices and CSI MasterFormat, and CCS certification or a desire to obtain CCS status. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail. Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined. Professional Degree required. Registered Architect is preferred. Detail oriented, self-starter, with a positive attitude. Proficiency in writing.
